TITLE/ARTIST: This LP - the group's very 1st, and only, for Somerset Records - is by Bill Haley & The Comets - from the very beginning years of R'n'R - 1958. The LP is entitled, "Rock With Bill Haley and The Comets" - and is on the original yellow with black print, Somerset Label, and includes twelve (12) songs by Bill Haley - including his early hits "Rock This Joint" and "Crazy, Man, Crazy" (see the pictures above for all song titles). Both the record and jacket are in outstanding condition - I'm sure no one would be disappointed with the condition of this piece! I will be listing other old, rare, and hard to find 45's, EP's, and LP's in my future auctions, so please check my site out from time to time - as there are hundreds more to get to yet. LABEL INFO: The label (P-4600) is super clean and nice with nothing really negative to mention at all - I don't even see any spindle lines around the center circle, which indicates very little, if any, play. VINYL INFO: Likewise, the vinyl is also super good - extremely shiny, clean and nice with nothing in need of a mention at all either - in my opinion, the vinyl looks about as nice as the day it was 1st purchased. JACKET: This jacket is also in super good, like new condition - very close to perfect in my opinion. But, please view the pictures above and make your own decisions about everything. INTERESTING FACTS: Yes, in my opinion this LP is super clean and nice, not to mention how difficult it is to find anymore, so please have at it. As always, I have not listed it with any reserve price - just free and open bidding - so good luck!. In addition, I will continue to list many other RnR/R&B LP's, EP's, and 45's by 1950-60's artists----and even some C&W LPs/45's, too. I am selling off my entire personal collection, and there are 1000's of more records to get to yet -- of all varieties. The charges for overseas are listed in the shipping category below--$23.00 for the 1st 45/EP and then just $4.00 per 45/EP after that.
