VERY RARE ORIGINAL UK ISSUE OF ROCKIN' THE JOINT BY BILL HALEY AND HIS COMETS. BRUNSWICK LABEL LAT 8268 (1958). THE VINYL IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION and shows very few signs of play. The vinyl has a good sheen and looks great considering it is more than fifty years old. Side one is excellent with two superficial marks that can only be seen in strong light - the side plays without any problems. Side Two is also excellent with two small, extremely faint surface marks which can be seen only in strong light Side Two is in near mint condition with no marks. The labels are perfect with no problems apparent. The cover (see photos) is in VG+ condition with minimal signs of wear. The front cover has a small scuff mark at the bootom in the middle and the lamination has minor damage along the left hand side and bottom of the cover.There is also slight wear along the sleeve opening. The back cover has some loose lamination along the top overlap and slight creasing at theright hand end of the bottom overlap. These problems are not particularly noticeable and do not detract from the overall very good condition of the sleeve. THIS IS AN EXCELLENT COPY OF AN ALBUM WHICH IS DIFFICULT TO OBTAIN .
