BILL HALEY ROCK AROUND THE CLOCK 1ST PRESS 45RPM 1954 own a piece of music history—the first Richmond pressing and the original! This original press was released the year before the 1955 film “Blackboard Jungle.” This was the movie that made the record and Bill Haley famous. At the time this particular copy was released in 1954, Bill Haley was relatively unknown to the general public. A true classic and the most famous rock N roll record ever recorded. As he crossed over from Hillbilly, Bill Haley was responsible for what could be considered the first rock n roll records between 1952-54. Very nice copy and play tested sounds great.
