TIME TO RETURN TO 45s!! This is a reasonably priced original 1953 U.S. Essex Records 45 RPM record containing the great rockabilly classic titled 'Crazy Man, Crazy' backed with 'Whatcha Gonna Do' from rockabilly pioneer Bill Haley & The Comets. It is Essex Records U.S. catalog number 321, orange Essex Records labels with black print. This 45 is a GUARANTEED 1953 ORIGINAL, NOT A 'REPRO' AND NOT A LATER COLLECTOR'S PRESSING. Condition of record is a mid VG+ with a moderate amount of light surface marks, none of which can be felt or will affect play. Records has a few tiny bumps in the vinyl play surface, this is a minor manufacturing defect and also has absolutely no effect on play, I have play-tested the record - Record plays through nicely with a little bit of light surface noise. Labels have some contact wear and a very small lightly stained area on the A-side label where a small sticker has successfully been removed, no other real flaws. An all-time classic that would be an essential component of any roots rock-n-roll or rockabilly record collection!
