BILL BARRON,TED CURSON & ORCHESTRA - NOW, HEAR THIS! AFLP2123 MONO 
Please see the photos- I do believe that this is sealed- but the tape on it is a little confusing.  I will fully guarantee that this record is NM-, if it isn't when you open it, I'll be happy to take a return.  I do not want to open it just in case that it is, in fact, sealed and mint. 
It has a punch out on the top left (and yes, the cellophane also has a punch out) - so it's original, and this MAY indicate that it's a promo. But I'm not guaranteeing that. 
The discolored seal/tape on the back is NOT on the cover. The cover looks clean...
