I've been sitting on this for years. This is the second album from Memphis band BIG STAR, featuring Alex Chilton. It was releasaed on ARDENT Records, a subsidiary of the ill-fated STAX label, in Memphis, TN. This is a sealed promo copy. The album has a promotional sticker on the cover, simply stating that the album is a promotional copy and not for sale. Rather than go into the specifics (which most of you already know) and list the tracks, I'll stick with the deatils of this particular copy. The cover also has a saw mark in the lower left corner. This was most likely to keep the album from being sold at retail shops as it is a promo (as opposed to being a cut-out). Although I obviously have not seen the label (it's sealed), open copies I have seen have "promotional copy not for sale" on the label (as opposed to be a white label), but still a special promo label.
