BIG IN JAPAN: FROM Y TO Z AND NEVER AGAIN - RARE 1978 UK PUNK EP ON ZOO RECORDS
Description
Rare 1978 UK punk single from Big In Japan, now long out of print.
Big In Japan was a punk band that emerged from Liverpool, England in the late 1970s. They are probably better known for the later successes of their band members than they were for their own music. These band members included Bill Drummond (KLF), Ian Broudie (The Lightning Seeds and producer of Echo And The Bunnymen, The Fall etc.), Holly Johnson (Frankie Goes To Hollywood) and Budgie (Siouxsie And The Banshees) - all of whom play on this record.
Track titles are "Nothing Special" and "Cindy AndThe Barbi Dolls" on side one with "Suicide A Go Go" and "Taxi" on side two. The single is on the ZOO record label with the catalogue number 'Cage 001'
The vinyl looks unplayed, with virtually no surface marking and nothing at all that affects audible playback. The labels have minimal spindle marks. Condition: 'Excellent'.
The disc is presented in a plain white paper sleeve.
