DETAILED CONDITION:

SLEEVE: SUPERB!...barely a sign of use..laminate tight..lovely and clean..edges and corners sharp..spine lettering lovely and clear: EX+

INNER: Title and name written in neat black pen on both sides, otherwise like new: EX

VINYL - SIDE ONE: STUNNING!...looks unplayed and has that lovely 'unplayed' sheen: EX+   

VINYL - SIDE TWO: as side one...looks unplayed and has that lovely 'unplayed' sheen: EX+

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied -I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can

When sending, all records and inner sleeves are separated from their main outer sleeves then both placed in poly sleeves , then in thick card, then in bubble wrapped envelopes for the best protection possible
