Rare original original pressing housed in a metal jacket! These were limited to the first 200 copies and each is unique. This one has the normal etched "Big Black" in the metal as well as a thin piece of plastic material also stenciled with Big Black taped below. 
The cardboard insert with the regular cover art has been taped to the back of the metal jacket.  Includes the giant folded nursing home poster and the regular insert. The original owner has taped the insert to the inner paper LP sleeve. Poster is in good shape with a little bit of bending at the top and some normal light handling wear.  Record is NM-, shiny with a couple of very light marks that won't affect play.
