First time I come across and heard of this 2nd issue of "La Formule du Baron" released without cover in 1972 probably as a promotional release ! Housed in a CBS  paper bag, this was probably produced as a promotional item for the Industry . 
Another super sought after album by genius pianist / sound engineer Bernard Estardy as Le Baron. One of the strangest french pop record arranged by fellow Pierre Dutour. For the story in 1967 Estardy built his own recording studio, CBE, from the door knobs to the mixing table. These three letters, CBE, soon became legendary in the French music industry. Between sessions for other artists, Bernard perfected a concept-album mixing pop, psych and jazz with crazy innovative sound engeneering. Check the soundclip to understand why "La Formule du Baron" is now considered as a masterpiece.

SS = Still Sealed (in perfect condition, no wear )

M = Mint (still in new condition, no imperfections, a Perfect Copy !) 

M- = Near mint (imperceptible wear, full vinyl gloss) 

EX = Excellent (only very slight wear and paper scuffs, vinyl still glossy with very rare noise) 

VG++ = Near Excellent (light surface noise and wear but fairly minor, vinyl still plays nicely) 

VG+ = Very Very Good (Evident groove wear or minor scuff marks, surface noise noticeable but does not really affect the playing) 

VG = Very Good (Wear and scuffs are more evident and many surface noises are noticeable) 

VG- = Good to Very Good (heavy groove wear or scuffing, plays noisily)
