Up for auction is the mega rare Danish printed 7" flexi disc single released on the highly collectible Danish Debut label (no cat#) in 1962. Comes in original Odeon company sleeve. Printed on red vinyl.  (see scans).

7" Single is graded: EX-/EX.  Vinyl is EX- due to being a flexi disc. Some noise in the grooves must be expected, hence the age. Has a little wobble, but is playable. Cover is EX, very nice. (See scans).

This could very easily become the crownjewel in your Danish Debut collection. Released by Debut Records and Brande Boghandels Jazz Postorder to celebrate their 5th annivesary in january 1962. Only released to the costumors and friends of Brande Boghandel Jazz Postorder. Rumours has it that it was only printed in 50 copies. You will probably never see this on auction again ever.  

Bent Axen Trio with Niels-Henning Ørsted Pedersen (bass) and Finn Frederiksen (drums) performing Jingle Bells in one of the coolest versions ever heard.   

This is taken from the label: "With compliments from Debut Records at its fifth anniversary in jan. 1962. The impromptu version of Jingle Bells is a special performance by the leading Danish pianist Bent Axen. Last, but not least, we also wish you a cool christmas and a swingin' 1962."

We use the official GOLDMINE GRADING RANKING when grading vinyl:

SS (Still Sealed): Still sealed in its original shrinkwrap.

M- (Mint Minus): The record appears new, but a closer look reveals that it may have been played. Flawless.

EX (Excellent): A record in really good condition. It can have some minor scratches maybe some light scuffs from contact with the inner sleeve, but nothing that affects the sound.

VG+ (Very Good Plus): The record will have appeared to have been played, and have some visible wear (lines, light scratches, scuffs...ALWAYS DESCRIBED!), but the record is playable.

It is very rare that Accord sells items under the VG+ condition. It only occurs if the item is of special interest to collectors.
