Description
Hi Folks. Up for auction is a copy of Ben Selvin Orch Columbia 2669-D from 1932
Titles are: "Cabin in The Cotton/Hummin To Myself"
Regarded as the rarest Benny Goodman/Selvin combination. "Cabin" features a great solo by BG, with a vocal by Helen Rowland to boot. "Hummin" is also a great dance number. I know times are tough, but I can guarantee you that they will be all forgotten about by the time this record next comes around. I've never seen it on EBay, and will be more than happy to hold on to it if there is no significant action on it. Reserve is reasonable.
Condition is E toE- light wear, plays better like all of these Columbias do. No distractions. Not Mint but very far from beat or even average.
