BELINDAS DOTTRAR Lp music by TOM ZACHARIAS with studio musicians and female singer. Original Swedish private pressing (SBLP-103), from 1975. Novelty, mailorder-only, rock erotica created specifically to be sold from ads in the back of early '70s porn magazines. This is one of 2 obscure recordings (see our other current auctions for the Belinda Lp) with music by cult Swedish film and television producer / singer songwriter, Tom Zacharias featuring top studio musicians / special guest star and female vocalist, Helen Bed. Just like the Belinda Lp, the underground music is pretty impressive on several themes... psychedelic funky rock mixed with some folk influences and prog movements. Amazing guitar solos with fuzz and wah wah / stoned basslines and surprisingly funky drums / hip hop beats and breaks. The music is more sophisticated this time, still like a Nordic equivalent of Rudy Ray "Dolemite" Moore but on a progressive tip with graphic lyrics sung in Swedish. Our soundclip opens with a sample of the funky drums - female rap and fuzz solo outro edited from SNALLA PAPPA PIPPA MED MEJ followed by the samba tempo SEXGALNINGAR / FEGIS / LEVE INCESTEN / the full SNALLA PAPPA PIPPA MED MEJ / the folk tinged SADISM and finishes with the dominatrix sex game antics of HELENS ÖVERRASKNING. Lars Bergström and Tommy Broman from Levande Livet and studio drummer Rolf Alex are some of the known musicians on this album. Some Swedish collectors believe that Johnny Movinckel (of Telefon and Levande Livet) and Jan Bandel (of Atlantic Ocean) are performing as well. Super-tacky sleeve artwork shows Belinda's daughter and performer having a BDSM moment. Rare Lp!!! Our record grading: SEALED / M- / VG++ / VG+ / VG 

Vinyl is in shiny, strong VG+ condition with some hairlines and faint scuffs. Light surface noises. A couple of soft ticks to intro of "Salla Pappa Pippa..." and a few other soft ticks in places (as you can hear on the soundclip) The soft card sleeve is in VG++ condition overall regardless of some general creasing / ring wear / storage marks to the black front sleeve (the white side is actually the back for this particular pressing - the Belinda Lp is the other way around ;) Corner wear. Deletion cut-out with wear to top corner. Still a sharp looking item. Camera flash glare to sleeve and label photo. Rare Lp!!!
