very rare German earliest possible first press vinyl 2LP box set released in November 1958 on DEUTSCHE GRAMMOPHON GESELLSCHAFT (DGG) stereo label with large tulips ALLE HERSTELLER and catalognumber SLPM 138002/3. Beautiful deep red clothbound box with gold imprint lettering and heavy booklet that dates 11/58 all in perfect NEARMINT/MINT condition with clean labels and no spindlemarks - best copy I have seen in many years!  Audiophiles and collectors will know how difficult it is to find a first press copy from 1958 in such perfect condition ... Famous reference performances by Ferenc Fricsay conducting the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra recorded with true audiophile soundquality ...see photos.
