Description
This is the original UK LP BEETHOVEN, SYMPHONY NO.7 in A MAJOR OP. 92 with The London Symphony Orchestra, Conducted by GUIDO CANTELLI , 1958 Stereo 1st Press on the HIS MASTERS VOICE white label, with red and gold text and gold rims ASD 254, complete with it's original 1958 EMI "Use Emitex" die-cut inner sleeve
Matrix numbers are, Side 1:- 2YEA 9-6, Side 2:- 2YEA 10-4
Stamper codes are, Side 1:- 1 / GD, Side 2:- 1 / T
Both Matrix numbers and Stamper codes identify this as a Very 1st Pressing
The original UK 1958 Very 1st issue UK top and bottom half-moon flipback cover is in EX+ condition. The beautifully glossy thickly laminated front and back maintains all it's original bright vibrant colours. The ultra slim spine is fully intact, clean and perfectly readable. On the back their is written (very small) '12th December 1959' in black biro, top left hand corner, not visually intrusive, their is no other unwanted writing, no seam splits, no rips
The vinyl is in EX+++ condition!, gleaming with all it's original 'Just Pressed glossy shine and lustre!, I have played both sides (very carefully!) **the vinyl plays EX+ **, playing with stunning crisp clear clarity, amazing Stereo sound!!!!. Only a hint of very very light crackle, mainly inbetween tracks. Their in NO sound distortion, NO skips, NO jumps, No sticking. The quality of this RARE 1958 UK Stereo 1st Pressing is TOP TOP QUALITY!, playing with stunning rich tones, warmth and depth!! THE CLARITY and CRISPNESS is SIMPLY SUBLIME!, a great LP and a sheer joy and privilage to listen too!, STUNNING!!
The lovely HMV labels are in EX+ condition!!!, beautifully clean, maintaining all their original bright fresh colour, their is no unwanted writing, no scuffs, the centre spindle hole shows minimal wear!, lovely labels!
The vinyl is housed in it's original 1958 UK Very 1st issue polythene lined "Use Emitex" die cut inner sleeve, made from super thick paper, 100% original. The inner sleeve is in EX+++ / MINT- condition, no unwanted writing and no seam splits, BEAUTIFUL ORIGINAL INNER SLEEVE!
