Description

TITLE/ARTIST: Welcome to rogersrecords---your Ebay site for rare LPs in great condition from the 1950's-60's---both LP's and 45's. This is my last auction for this year ('07) as I will be away from home and Ebay until mid January. However, I will close with a flurry and list some very interesting pieces. Please check out all of the records I have listed this past week. Thank you!! Anyway, his highly collectible Beatles double LP is on the original, Apple Label, and is entitled "The Beatles" (but is more commonly referred to as "The White Album"), from 1969. This super conditioned package---which has a number of A1716010---also has the raised jacket lettering, with the original large poster, and all four photos of the individual Beatles---the pics are like new and the poster is still very good (see the photos below). To me, most all of this entire package appears to be in super nice condition, but please view the pics below, read about the LP's condition, and judge everything for yourself. LABEL INFO: As mentioned above it is on the original Apple Label, SWBO-101, is in STEREO, and in my opinion, is in just beautiful shape. I don't even see any spindle lines around the center hole, which indicates to me that the record had very little play. VINYL INFO: BOTH records here are exceptionally shiny, clean and nice, with nothing really negative to report at all. To me, they both appear to be almost "like new". JACKET INFO: Likewise, this GATEFOLD jacket is almost "like new" in condition as well, with no serious flaws to list. This white jacket is notorious for having bad ringwear spots, but this particular copy shows NONE of that. I'd have to say that this cover is in outstanding condition, as is most everything else about this entire package, but again, please view the pictures below and judge for yourself. INTERESTING FACTS: You just don't see this Beatles' LP out there so much anymore, espiecally in this kind of condition, so please have at it. In addition, I have listed---and will continue to do so for the next couple of weeks---other LP's and EP's by The Beatles, Elvis, Billy Ward, Buzz Clifford, Duane Eddy, Hank Williams and many, many other great 1950-60's artists----some rare C&W too. I am slowly selling off my personal collection, and there are many LPs, EPs and 45's to get to yet. Many of these still to be listed LPs and EPs are quite rare and hard to find, and most all of them are in great shape (in fact, most are near mint). So, please bookmark my site and check it out from time to time. GOOD LUCK BIDDING!! When attempting to view my pictures, please be a little patient as they do take a few seconds to fully focus---but they do come in. And, if anyone ever needs more info/pics than what is listed, please email me. I will respond! POSTAGE/HANDLING CHARGES: The buyer agrees to pay $4.00 (Media) or $7.00 (Priority) for the first LP purchased, and then just $1.00 per LP after that-----so, buy in quantity and save. These are U.S. rates only---all overseas winners pay $16.00 for the 1st LP and then just $4.00 apiece for each additional album after that. But, be assured that I will send a detailed invoice as soon as the auction is over---however, it is always cheaper to sent multiple pieces anywhere. I accept payments by way of money orders, good checks, and/or PAYPAL. Please continue to check out "rogersrecords" on ebay for future collectible records of all types. There are many more to come!
