Description

BEATLES,Please Please Me,UK Parlophone,1st Press Mono,Black & Gold Label. This copy is not the best that you will find with a number of scratches one or two likely to produce pops or clicks. I have run my hand over both sides and cannot feel the scratches. However it is a first issue of this format. The label has a mark as well which has been photographed. Only a first and second press appear on this style of label and you can spot the first press very easily as I Saw Her Standing There, Misery, Do You Want To Know A Secret and There’s A Place all have the incorrect Dick James Mus. Co. publishing credit – this was corrected to Northern Songs from the second press onwards. Cover has writing on it and has a tear at the bottom. Please see photo's. Cash on collection is welcome.
