The original Garrod & lofthouse patents pending flipback cover is in Excellent+ condition with no tears,stickers or writing.Here is a description of all parts of this cover
FRONT: The laminated front which has the outlined mono has no tears,stickers or writing and no laminate damage,corners have a little rubbing and there is very slight record indentation..but mostly clean and white!!
BACK: very clean and white with slight ageing on the opening and a very light round spot at the side of georges hat
SEAMS: These are great with no wear or splits
SPINE:This is also nice with no splits or damage and the text is clearly readable
Original inner
The original poly lined emitex inner is Very good with a small split on the side
Labels
The black/yellow parlophone labels which have "gramophone co.." and "sold in uk" text are in Excellent condition,with some spindles
Record
The record is unwarped and in Excellent condition with some light hairline marks which can be seen under strong light but no deep fingernail scratches.It plays well with no sound distortion just light bits of static in places..light clicks etc,it does not stick or jump,altogether a very nice copy
