original GERMAN pressed lp for export to SWITZERLAND . label ODEON ( white / gold /red) SMO 983790 SPECIAL EDITION
very rare German export for the swiss market and sold by the EX LIBRIS media chain . more rare than the variation edition on "Yellow Odeon" also sold by " Ex Libris "
the cover has the normal stereo cat. 5 digit number ( 83790) , but with a red tab glued over it that say " special edition " on front and the new cat . 6 digit number on the back . has also the gold " stereo " sticker . the label has the 6 digit cat .number and the " special edition " mention.
not in the best condition , but given the rarity a nice addition to any Beatles collection ... waiting for a better copy to come along
COVER ( laminated on front) : VG . moderate wear .has some corner creases and rubbings . a 2cm split on top right corner . small tear on back cover . names ( of the boys in the band ) written over the picture on back cover with red biro . no seam splits ..
LABELS free from writingsd or stickers ..etc.. with some spindle marks around the hole
RECORD G to VG has a fair amount of hairlines , marks and a few scratches . plays however great from start to finish . with only some background audible between track .overall not too disturbing . you'll be happy with how it sounds
