It is BEATLES YESTERDAY AND TODAY Capal T-2553 2nd State Butcher Boy Misaligned Paste Over MONO.  Small sliver of original cover shows in lower left corner.  Black triangle on original cover shows through faintly.  Rainbow label.

CORRESPONDS TO VG+ FOR GOLDMINE RECORD CLASSES.  Vinyl has very light markings, no scratches. Sleeve has light ring wear and a very small punch hole top right corner.  No markings, splitting or yellowing.
