The Beatles "White Album" 1st UK Press Stereo Vinyl 2LP -1-1-1-1 Matrix Endings, 22nd November 1968, No. 0374824 sleeve.
Description:
A complete set of The Beatles ”The Beatles” (The White Album) in Stereo, housed in a No.0374824 numbered 1st press top-loading sleeve. This set is a real treasure for collectors and listeners alike.
Key Features:
- Matrix numbers: -1-1-1-1: Side 1: XEX 709-1; Side 2: XEX 710-1; Side 3: XEX 711-1; Side 4: XEX 712-1. (-1 matrix endings on all sides)
- Labels: The labels are printed with a dark green and “Sold In U.K. subject to resale price conditions, see price lists” text is printed at the top and have the credits "Production by GEORGE MARTIN" and "Orchestrations by GEORGE MARTIN" below the group's name.
- Sleeve: The stamped seven-digit number appears in grey on a slight downward angle towards the lower right corner. Later issues featured went down to a six-digit format.

Sleeve: NEAR MINT!
Nice and bright creamy white front, back & insides and still retains its glossy sheen without ring wear. Nice clear sleeve No. 0374824. No stains, pen or splits, unworn spine. Overall a fantastic Stereo sleeve so often stained and yellowed.
Disc One: EXCELLENT PLUS!
Glossy and clean without scratches or faults, when viewed under direct halogen spotlight one or two light signs play can be seen. Superb! No skips or sticks obviously with this grade. Overall a fantastic 1st press listen. The disc sits completely flat on the turntable with no warping or dishing.
