GATEFOLD JACKET > EXCELLENT > No seam splits, No ringwear, No damage... gate is strong though it has been stored with the records outside of the jacket in a poly bag for some 25 years and the spine has collapsed by about half its width, not a big deal, and it causes no splitting or anything, gut there it is

RECORDS > side one > is Excellent with some light crackle ina couple of track breaks and in one very quiet spot during Dear Prudence and into Ob La Di Ob Bla Da, there is a small scuff patch that tics 2 or 3 times about half way through the side that does not cause any background sound and a needle drop line that tics a couple of times

side two > plays Near Mint Minus with some light scuffing under a bright light, but nothing the naked eye can see, very nice Near Mint side that plays clean with only the lightest crackle in a couple of quiet spots, all the voluminous songs overwhelm any scuff crackle that might be present at every voume level

side three plays Excellent with some sporadic, light staticky tics (crackle) in a couple of spots and despite the fact that there is a circular scratch that is on one side of the vinyl, it does not tic or click or pop at all,  I was surprised too but the scratch is too shallow to be heard despite being so easy to see (gauranteed or your money back!).  In the quiet passages such as in Long Long Long, in the first verse there is some crackle that is audible but it does not jump or skip and there are a few light pops till the last verse where it clears.  The rest of the side (before and after Long Long Long) all you hear in terms of background is a light, quiet dust type crackle which is caused by paper scuffing that we don't see without the halogen, and it is not loud enough to hurt the playback

side four > plays Near Mint with very little background sound to mess things up at all, it is clear and clean from beginning to end...very nice!!

PHOTOS are crisp and clean with the off white heavy paper spacer <> <> POSTER is only lightly worn at the creases

ORIGINAL BLACK INNER SLEEVES ARE WORN BUT INTACT AND WITHOUT RIPS OR TEARS, BUT THERE ARE VERY CLEANLY DONE SEAM SPLIT REPAIRS, BETTER WELL REPAIRED THAN TRASHED ANY DAY!

REFUND POLICY: Refunds are offered as CASH BACK, but I DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING COSTS and all items must be returned within 7 day's of receipt and must be returned with a delivery confirmation slip on the LP Mailer it arrived in.  Depending on my cash flow at the time of return, it may take up to 7 day's for me to issue your refund as I tend to spend what comes in fairly readily.  I have only had 2 returns in 18 months, so this should not be an issue.

FEEDBACK:  I leave feedback after I receive it.  This was not my policy until recently when I received retaliatory feedback from a seller who didn't like that I was forced to leave negative feedback on a poorly represented item.  Until Ebay protects us from retaliatory feedback this policy is the only way to insure truthfull feedback. I rarely have had to leave a negative, so this should not become an issue.
