Description
The Beatles - White Album LP. UK Apple Mono PMC 7067/8.
This is a 1968 UK 1st MONO pressing of The Beatles classic album known as the 'White Album'. Released on the 22nd November 1968, this was the first album on their own 'Apple Records' label.
Mono copies of this album were produced in far, far fewer quantities than the stereo versions. As such original UK mono copies are now quite sought after. In addition, there is a marked difference in the mono and stereo versions of this album as almost every track has some difference.
The original top loading cover has 'The Beatles' embossed to the front along with the number '0127790'. The vinyl labels are the original dark green variety and state 'Sold in the UK....'. Both LP's come housed in the original die cut matt black inner sleeves. No poster or photos are included.
The vinyl is in VERY GOOD condition on side 1, GOOD+ condition on side 2, VERY GOOD+ condition on side 3 and VERY GOOD- condition on side 4.
All labels are in EXCELLENT- condition.
The cover is in VERY GOOD condition. A name has been written neatly inside the cover which has faded (see picture).
Both original black inner sleeves are in VERY GOOD+ condition.
