Description
Up for auction is a copy of Beatles VI by The Beatles, released in 1965 on Parlophone, cat no CPCS 104. This is a rare UK-pressed album for export to Scandinavia & US air bases, and is the first edition of this LP, featuring flipback cover & black/yellow labels. Incredibly rare.
Condition: clearly well-played. Numerous marks on both sides of the vinyl, though not many serious scratches, and nothing to seriously affect play: it still plays through with clicks & pops, but no jumps, sticks or distortion. Some wear around centre hole. Cover has many creases, stains & general wear and a name written neatly on the reverse, but is all intact. Even so, I can’t grade this higher than G+/G (vinyl/cover). Still, a chance to pick up a very rare Beatles LP at a bargain price.
My grades: I use a 10-point scale: M-; EX; VG+; VG; VG-; G+; G; G-; F (fair); P (poor). I never use mint as a grade for used records. I am a long-time (25+ years!) record collector, and play-grade where possible. I don’t use stock photos: the item in pictured here is the item for sale. My feedback from buyers indicates I normally undergrade in listings. Even so, if you have any problems, I'll give you your money back (less shipping costs), no questions asked. Buy with confidence!
