NOTES
Yes, that rocks! A one-to-one Please Please Me-"copy", a release unique to Germany, stereo audio in a superb quality, fresh authentic and with absolutely no distortion! And for those among you who're not familiar with the German language - let's enjoy a short extract: "There we go, here they are, the vivacious guys from Liverpool, the ones who give us hell! The young lions, giving off clouds of smoke right out of their guitars. And, hey, we love to introduce them..." - Not kidding, this (much longer) text is what you find on the cover's reverse side.

The first press was published same week as the "original" Please Please Me, which, in Germany, was available to allied armed forces only (February 10, 1964, ZTOX 5550 on R/W/Gold Odeon, stereo, no mono version). For the domestic market, Electrola (prior to The Beatles mostly busy with German traditionals) came up with a unique cover and the original U.K. track listing of the Fab's first album, released in both stereo and mono. As virtually everywhere in the world, this "additional" publication was also due to the beginning of Beatlemania (we remember the release of 45er I Want To Hold Your Hand short before as well as the Beatles' performance in America's most noted Ed Sullivan Show.)

This copy is a third press (which was released in stereo only), and its sound quality is simply overwhelming. Its vinyl appears to be played very few times only, and is thus visually a pearl, too.

Please see grading details for a more elaborate description of the record's condition.

IMPORTANT NOTE for GERMAN BIDDERS: Please constact us before bidding, for otherwise we will remove your bid without prior notice. This is in view of constantly recurring problems, often caused by language. It's NOT an offense. Collectors want harmony and consensus, not trouble.

1st Class Packaging

We are Collectors, hence every record is stored (and will be sent) in a sophisticated way. Many experienced collectors were thrilled by our unique, bullet-proof "packing technicque". Original cover, inner sleeve(s), prospective inserts, and/or whatever may come across, are stored separately. The vinyl sits in a neutral antistatic, padded inner sleeve, which is housed in a stable, neutral cardboard cover. Package is protected by one (or more) transparent plastic sleeves. Finally, all items are being wrapped with thick bubble foil and go to a professional record mailer, which is then being properly sealed with water-resistant tape.

For packaging, we use brand-new material & items only. Whatever eBay MIGHT display: INSURED, SIGNED-IN, TRACKED SHIPPING IS FREE. ANY DESTINATION ON THIS PLANET.
(PLEASE NOTE that pictured record is an EXAMPLE only. It is NOT the item up for auction. Thank you.)

Audible checks are performed with a Pro-Ject Audio system connected to a DENON PMA 520-AE amplifier, with a Sennheiser 350 headset.     Remarks   As for the Cover and related issues, please refer to pictures provided right after. Spine is in a 100 percent perfect condition.
The fully laminated cover is completely glossy, made of strong cardboard. Absolutely clean insertion slot, not cuts, nothing. Cover's back side shows song titles marked (see photo), small seam split on top hence NM/EX+.
Both labels are absolutely clean. No writings, stains, tears, or spots. Some "lines" at inner spindle hole.
Vinyl is shiny, both sides, with a few hairlines only. This record has been played very few times only.

Record is not audio-graded. We grade most but not all of our records audible.

Please keep in mind that an opinion is bound to be subjective. Refer to pictures, provided extensively.
