On offer here is a VERY rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Beatles called 'Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band' and is an ORIGINAL 1967 UK MONO 1st Pressing on the 1st Press Yellow & Black Parlophone label!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  IT IS ONE OF THE RAREST & AND MOST SOUGHT AFTER BEATLES LPS EVER - AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!!   BUT WHAT MAKES THIS LP REALLY SPECIAL IS THAT IT IS THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING EVER MADE - WITH AN IMPOSSIBLY RARE 'WIDE SPINE' COVER!!!!  WHEN THIS LP WAS FIRST RELEASED - THE COVER WAS MADE WITH A MASSIVE THICK 'SQUARE EDGED' WIDE SPINE COVER!!!!  HOWEVER - BECAUSE THE SPINE WAS SO WIDE - IT POSED SERIOUS PROBLEMS STACKING THE LPS AT THE FACTORY AS THEY SIMPLY WOULDNT LIE STRAIGHT!!!!  AND SO IMMEDIATELY AFTER THIS LP WAS RELEASED, THE 'WIDE SPINE' COVERS WERE DROPPED - AND REPLACED WITH COMMON THINNER SPINE COVERS THAT ARE COMMONLY FOUND.  ONLY AN ABSOLUTELY TINY AMOUNT OF THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSINGS EVER MADE - EVER CAME IN WIDE SPINE COVERS - MOST DID NOT!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND AS AN ULTRA RARE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING WITH 'WIDE SPINE' COVER!!!!

The matrix numbers are XEX 637-1 & XEX 638-1. The Cat. No is PMC 7027 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Yellow & Black Parlophone label (see picture) and is a MONO 1st pressing!!!!  All the tracks are Pure quality Beatles at their best!!!! Any fan of The Beatles, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!

The record labels are in AWESOME condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and barely ANY spindle marks AT ALL!!!!  IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS RECORD HAS BARELY BEEN PLAYED AT ALL!!!!  The vinyl is in absolutely BRILLIANT condition!!!!  Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, only 2 or 3 absolutely ULTRA light hairlines, only 2 or 3 MEGA light scufflines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK AND SHINES LIKE NEW!!!!  It is also great to find that the playing of the record is as STUNNING as the visual!!!!  It plays with NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!!  The record must grade Very Good++++ if not better!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!!  I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press Red/White 'Patents Applied For' inner sleeve!!!!  The ORIGINAL 1st Press 'Darker Green' insert is in PERFECT uncreased condition and has clearly NEVER been removed from the cover!!!!  The ULTRA RARE 'Earliest' 1st Press 'Garrod & Lofthouse' Gatefold Flipback FULLY Laminated MONO 'Wide Spine' Cover is in STUNNING condition!!!! It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, STUNNING shiny laminate, only VERY slight corner wear (NOT through the colour), only a VERY few light creases (cover is VERY flat looking indeed!), and NO writing!!!!  The opening edges are beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!!  Even the laminated inside of the cover is in SUPERB condition with NO writing, NO grubbyness, NO yellowing, and PERFECT flipbacks!!!!  The cover must grade Excellent(Minus) if not FULL Excellent!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!!
