On offer here is a VERY rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Beatles called 'Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band' and is an ORIGINAL 1967 MONO UK 1st Pressing on the 1st Press Yellow & Black Parlophone label!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  IT IS ONE OF THE RAREST BEATLES LPS EVER AND INCREDIBLY SOUGHT AFTER!!!!  BUT WHAT MAKES THIS LP REALLY SPECIAL IS THAT IT HAS ONE OF THE RAREST BEATLES COVER VARIATIONS EVER!!!!  INCREDIBLY THIS LP IS THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING EVER MADE - WITH AN IMPOSSIBLY RARE 'FOURTH PROOF' COVER (SEE PICTURE!)!!!!  THE FIRST 3 'PROOFS' OF THIS COVER WERE NEVER USED IN FINAL PRODUCTION (THEY WERE REJECTED) AND THE 'FOURTH PROOF' WAS THE FINAL RELEASED VERSION OF THIS LPS COVER.  HOWEVER DUE A PRINTING ERROR RIGHT AT THE VERY BEGINNING OF THE 1ST PRESSING RUN - A VERY VERY FEW OF THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS COVERS HAD 'FOURTH PROOF' MISTAKENLY PRINTED UPSIDE DOWN ON THE INSIDE TOP RIGHT FLIPBACK (UNDER THE LAMINATE!)!!!!  NATURALLY THIS PRINT WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE ON THE COVER AND WAS IMMEDIATELY REMOVED!!!!  AND TODAY IT IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND ONE OF THESE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS COVERS WITH 'FOURTH PROOF' TEXT AND IS ONE OF THE RAREST BEATLES COVER VARIATIONS EVER!!!!  WHAT ALSO SHOWS THAT THIS WAS ONE OF THE 'EARLIEST' COVERS EVER MADE FOR THIS LP IS THAT THIS LP HAS THE VERY RARE 'PATENTS PENDING' TEXT ON THE BOTTOM RIGHT CORNER OF THE REVERSE OF THE COVER (SEE PICTURE!) - AND AGAIN MOST COVERS (ESPECIALLY MONOS!) The matrix numbers are XEX 637-1 & XEX 638-1. The Cat. No is PMC 7027 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Yellow & Black Parlophone label (see picture) and is a MONO 1st pressing!!!!  All the tracks are Pure quality Beatles at their best!!!! Any fan of The Beatles, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!

The record labels are in AWESOME condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and barely ANY spindle marks AT ALL!!!!  IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS RECORD HAS BARELY BEEN PLAYED AT ALL!!!!  The vinyl is in SUPERB condition!!!!  Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, NO hairlines, NO scufflines, and only a VERY few of the VERY lightest paper scuffs only visible under EXTREME light!!!!  ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK AND LOOKS AMAZING!!!!  It is great to find that the playing of the record is as STUNNING as the visual!!!!  It plays with NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!!  The record is however, slightly uneven - though this does NOT affect play in the slightest (apart from a VERY slight touch of background sound on the run on grooves ONLY) and both of my systems tracked it with absolutely NO problems AT ALL!!!!  And because this record has barely been played AT ALL - the sound quality is simply AWESOME with NO distortion and NO groovewear either!!!!  Even the chorus notes in 'Shes Leaving Home' have absolutely NO distortion AT ALL!!!!   The record must grade Excellent+ if not better!!!!  SUPERB RECORD!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record comes in a plain white inner sleeve!!!!  The ORIGINAL 1st Press 'Darker' Green 'cut-out' insert is in AWESOME uncreased condition and has clearly NEVER been removed from the cover!!!! The ULTRA RARE 'Earliest' 1st Press 'Fourth Proof' Gatefold Flipback 'Garrod & Lofthouse' FULLY Laminated 'Patents Pending' MONO Cover is in AWESOME condition!!!! It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, barely ANY corner wear AT ALL (NOT through the colour!), STUNNING shiny laminate, barely ANY creases AT ALL (cover is VERY flat looking indeed!) and NO writing!!!!  The opening edges are beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!!  Even the inside of the cover is in AWESOME condition wh NO grubbyness, NO yellowing, STUNNING flipbacks, an absolutely SUPERB inside spine (NO laminate splitting!), and NO writing!!!!  The cover must grade Excellent++++ if not better!!!!  AWESOME COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND WITH THIS AMAZING COVER VARIATION (ESPECIALLY IN THIS CONDITION!), AND IT WILL SURELY BE A VERY VERY LONG TIME BEFORE YOU GET ANOTHER CHANCE TO OWN ONE OF THESE AGAIN - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY!!!
