SGT PEPPER'S LONELY HEARTS CLUB BAND - IN VERY GOOD CONDITION
BEATLE'S LP ORIGINAL MONO BY PARLOPHONE - UK 1967

The DEAD WAX area of the record shows the following:-
side one shows three letters - 'G, R, P,' - each above the other in the "three o'clock" position;
and the number '5' in the "nine o'clock" position
side two shows three letters - 'g, r, m,' - each above the other in the "three o'clock" position;
and the two numbers '3 and 5', one above the other in the "nine o'clock" position
If anyone knows the significance of these letters and numbers in the 'dead wax' area then i should be grateful if you would let me know please

LAMINATED OUTER PICTURE SLEEVE PRINTED BY GARROD AND LOFTHOUSE IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION AND HAS RETAINED ITS LOVELY SHEEN. THE SLEEVE IS MARKED 'SOLD IN THE UK' and 'THE GRAMOPHONE COMPANY LTD'
THE ITEM CONTAINS:- GATEFOLD; RED + WHITE INSERT ; THE CUT-OUTS;
ALL OF WHICH ARE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION WITH NO YELLOWING OR SIGNS OF AGE
THE SPINDLE HOLE AREA IS IN GOOD CONDITION AND DOES NOT DISPLAY MUCH SIGN OF WEAR
PLAYED RECORD PRIOR TO LISTING AND FOUND NO PROBLEMS.
GATEFOLD SLEEVE HAS SOME LIGHT CREASES AND GENERAL WEAR.
THE PSYCHEDELIC INNER SLEEVE INCLUDED IS DEFINITELY THE USUAL RED/PINK/WHITE PATTERN (FOR THIS 1967 MONO PARLOPHONE LP) ALTHOUGH MY COMPOSITE PICTURE SHOWN MAKES IT APPEAR OTHERWISE (GREYISH, IN PARTS). I HAVE THEREFORE INCLUDED ANOTHER SEPARATE PICTURE WHICH SHOWS THE TRUE COLOURS OF THE PSYCHEDELIC INNER SLEEVE MORE CLEARLY.
THERE IS A SPLIT OF ABOUT 1.5 INCH (ABOUT 4CM) AT THE BOTTOM OF THE SLEEVE SO THE RECORD HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE INNER SLEEVE AND BOTH ARE NOW STORED SEPARATLEY FROM EACH OTHER TO PREVENT FURTHER DAMAGE TO THE INNER SLEEVE.
I HAVE OWNED THIS RECORD FROM NEW AND IT HAS NOT BEEN OUT OF ITS CASE FOR OVER 30 YEARS, EXCEPT TO SHOW TO MY CHILDREN. I HAVE SCRUTINISED IT THOROUGHLY AND CANNOT FIND ANY FLAWS TO MENTION.
I PLAYED THE RECORD PRIOR TO LISTING FOR AUCTION AND IT PLAYED PERFECTLY. CERTAINLY BROUGHT BACK A LOT OF MEMORIES!!
