Description
Up for auction is a copy of The Beatles Second Album Compact Jukebox EP by The Beatles, released in 1964 on Capitol cat no SXA 2080. I say “released”; this was never commercially issued, & was pressed for jukebox use only. Features Thank You Girl, Devil In Her Heart, Money, Long Tall Sally, I Call Your Name & Please Mister Postman. A rare item.
Condition: the vinyl has survived 54 years remarkably well. Side one is immaculate, I see no marks at all, while side two has a few minor surface marks not affecting play. Labels have a little minor wear around the edge, but no serious damage (no writing, tears etc). Sadly the cover is a repro. Still, the record itself is easily VG+.
My grades: I use a 10-point scale: M-; EX; VG+; VG; VG-; G+; G; G-; F (fair); P (poor). I never use mint as a grade for used records. I am a long-time (25+ years!) record collector, and play-grade where possible. I don’t use stock photos: the item pictured here is the item for sale. My feedback from buyers indicates I normally undergrade in listings. Even so, if you have any problems, I'll give you your money back (less shipping costs), no questions asked. Buy with confidence!
