1967 Beatles - Strawberry Fields Forever / Penny Lane. UK 1st Pressing. R 5570.

The Beatles 1st UK pressing FACTORY SAMPLE DEMO of 'Strawberry Fields Forever / Penny Lane' 7" single. Released on the 17th February 1967, this version comes complete with the original picture sleeve. Only 250,000 of these singles were issued in this very fragile picture sleeve.

It has great condition vinyl, with a rare FACTORY SAMPLE NOT FOR SALE sticker on the 'Strawberry Fields Forever' side. These initial early 1st pressings would have been given out to reviewers and radio stations prior to the actual release date.

The vinyl features the 'Sold in the UK....' text and has the 'Gramophone Co. Ltd....' rim print indicating a 1st UK press. Also features the 'KT' tax code on side 2.

The vinyl is in EXCELLENT- condition.

Both labels plus the all important 'FACTORY SAMPLE' sticker are in EXCELLENT condition.

The original picture sleeve is in VERY GOOD condition. Light foxing (brown blemishes) to both sides.

VINYL VISUALLY GRADED BASED ON UK RECORD COLLECTOR GRADES WITH A + OR -.
