**please note: there is a scratch on scanner that reflects in label images in about the top right area of scan. This is not a mark or line on the label, but exists only from the scratch in glass on scanner.

Rare version of Vee Jay extended play 45 with hard cover picture sleeve. This is the all black label with silver oval logo and text. "Ask Me Why" is in the same size font as the other titles. Hard to find label variation, and produced in much smaller numbers than colorband variations. This is a very nice example of this EP and hard cover pic sleeve. The vinyl is very, very clean and super glossy, and in sharp condition.The labels are in top condition and flawless. The hard cover picture sleeve is in excellent shape and clean, with a couple of minor surface rub spots. A nice for a any serious Beatles' collection!
