BEATLES BOX SET OF ALL TIME AUSTRALIAN SINGLES TOP 34 FROM 1962 to 1982. ONE OF THE LABELS IS ON' APPLE ' THE REST ARE PARLOPHONE. THESE BOX SETS ARE BECOMING RARE THESE DAYS. EVERY SINGLE SLEEVE HAS A DIFFERENT PHOTO ON THE FRONT AND BACK. THESE PHOTOS WERE TAKEN FROM THEIR TOUR TO AUSTRALIA IN 1964.
This is an Australian pressing on the Parlophone & 1 Apple label, cat no: AB 34
VINYL : MINT -, most of the 34 are unplayed. Some need a clean as they have small spots on them. A couple have 1 or 2 ultra thin hairlines.
THE BOX : VERY GOOD +, has a 2.5 cm edge split on the lid you can see in the photos which has left tape residue from the tape that has been removed. The front, top and left side have faded in colour as you can see in the photos. The back, bottom and the right side have not faded. There is a little edge wear here and there. In the photos you can clearly see the fading on the box from the different aspects of the sides taken.
SLEEVES : MINT -, most of the sleeves have small creases by nature as these are very thin paper. Some of the sleeves have seam splits, BUT this is only the glued edges that have come apart or unglued, and can easily be fixed with a bit of time and glue, they are not damaged though.
THE LEAFLET : MINT- , a few very light small creases here and there.
LABELS : MINT -, I can't see any spindle marks.
