Description
Beatles-Sgt.Pepper LP UK 1st pressing from 1967 Mono PMC 7027 with 'Gramophone Co.Ltd.&Sold In UK'label text.Garrod&Lofthouse laminated sleeve with original red inner and green cut-out insert.Matrix XEX 637-1/638-1.Stampers at 3'o clock RGD/GOL.
Original gatefold cover is in nice overall condition.The front cover has exceedingly strong colours which is nice-some laminate creases on the front cover towards the right edge-nice wide spine copy and the rear is clean bar general bit of age.The inner gatefold is very close to perfect.Overall grades at EX.
The red inner is fine and the green cut out sheet is untouched.
The disc looks very clean in normal light.In artificial light there are a no.of marks-moreso on side 2 but nothing that affects the sound quality.Grades at VG+to EX-.
A very reasonable 1st pressing of this great LP.
