For Auction from The Aurum Vault is The Beatles 1967 Seargent Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band in MONO MAS 2653 SCRANTON, PA manufacturing plant FIRST PRESSING.
GOLDMINE GRADING: MATRIX NUMBERS ON IMAGES in PHOTO GALLERY GATEFOLD NM (-) VINYL VISUAL VG++ (some faint light wispy lines visible under incandescent light bulb) but no FRANK or appreciable true scratches). VINYL AUDIO VG++ LABELS are NM INSERTS VG++ some wrinkle on the blood sleeve but no spits. The green insert is Near MINT and retain full vibrant color.

HAS ALL THE FEATURES OF A FIRST PRESS MONO 1967 SPLHCB NO NEMS CREDITS -BACK COVER INDICATES THAT THIS IS THE VERY 1ST ISSUED COVER WITHOUT THE SMALL PRINT "© NEMS ENTERPRISES LTD. 1967" COPYRIGHT CLAIM ABOVE THE FACTORY INFORMATION IN THE LOWER RIGHT AREA. IT ALSO DOES NOT HAVE THE "ALL RIGHTS" AND "MACLEN MUSIC INC." PRINT.. A LITTLE HELP FROM MY song title on label
FLAT black AND NON-GLOSSY LABELS INDICITIVE OF SRANTON PRESSING. I SUSPECT THE GATEFOLD/COVER ONLY IS A FINAL UPGRADE FOR THE VAST MAJARITY OPENED SPECIMENS THE VINVL APPEARS TO BE NEAR FLAWLESS TO NATURAL LIGHT UNDER INCANDESCENT LIGHT IS REVEALS SOME LIGHT SURFACES LINES(not real scratches) SO IT GRADES VG++ I RECENTLY PLAYED THIS ALBUM AND IT SOUNDED CRYSTAL CLEAR The Vinyl plays with NO SKIPS, NO LOUD CRACKES or POPS. I HAVE UPLOADED MANY PHOTOS FOR ONES INSPECTION AND WOULD BE HAPPY TO SEND MORE
- The gatefold has vibrant color and there is NO discoloration spots on the reverse or FRONT of the gatefold cover.
- The corners are sharp with no dullness OR bumps!
- The inside gatefold is bright yellow and razor sharp.
- The Blood Sleeve is intact and HAS NO SEEM SPLITS. There are two superficial creases. Please see pictures of sleeve.
- The cut- outs are flawless with some light fading
- The labels are near-mint and virtually flawless
- The Vinyl grades VG++ per GOLMINES record grading criteria
- The audio sounds exceptional and I have a YOUTUBE VIDEO AVAILABLE THAT OFFERS A SAMPLE OF THE QUALITY available upon request.
