Dear Ebayers,
Up for Auction from The Aurum Vault is an exceptional and stunning copy of The Beatles 1967 Seargent Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band in MONO featuring the NO NEMS/MACLEN reverse gatefold designating it as an early release first pressing from the SCRANTON manufacturing plant. This record and gatefold were purchased by me about 16 years ago on EBAY and it is probably still in my history somewhere.
HAS ALL THE FEATURES OF A FIRST PRESS MONO 1967:

  1. NO NEMS CREDITS -BACK COVER INDICATES THAT THIS IS THE VERY 1ST ISSUED COVER WITHOUT THE SMALL PRINT "© NEMS ENTERPRISES LTD. 1967" COPYRIGHT CLAIM ABOVE THE FACTORY INFORMATION IN THE LOWER RIGHT AREA. IT ALSO DOES NOT HAVE THE "ALL RIGHTS" AND "MACLEN MUSIC INC." PRINT.. 
  2. A LITTLE HELP FROM MY song title on label 
  3. FLAT black AND NON-GLOSSY LABELS INDICITIVE OF SRANTON PRESSING.
I SUSPECT THIS IS A FINAL UPGRADE FOR THE VAST MAJARITY (95%) OF COLLECTIONS  I SUSPECT IT IS A FINAL UPGRADE FOR A NON-SEALED GATEFOLD THE VINVL APPEARS TO BE NEAR FLAWLESS TO NATURAL LIGHT AND UNDER INCANDESCENT LIGHTING I PLAYED THIS ALBUM ONCE IT SOUNDED WONDERFUL and CRYSTAL CLEAR AND CRISP to ear and SOUL. I HAVE UPLOADED MANY PHOTOS FOR ONES INSPECTION AND WOULD BE HAPPY TO SEND MORE
  • The gatefold has vibrant color and there is NO discoloration spots on the reverse or FRONT of the gatefold cover.
  • The corners are sharp with no dullness for bumps!
  • The inside gatefold is bright yellow and razor sharp.
  • The Blood Sleeve is intact and HAS NO SEEM SPLITS. There are two superficial creases. Please see pictures of sleeve.
  • The cut- outs are flawless and not faded
  • The labels are near-mint and there is now a faint discoloration (at 9 oclock) due to me getting just a speck of saliva on it when blowing off dust. ARG...! this just happened. Demonstrates how ethereal these albums just are.
  • The Vinyl appears near mint with only a few faint wispy lines under close scrutiny with incandescent lighting.
  • The audio sounds stunning and miraculous however I don't grade vinyl, but I would be happy to record it for anyone and post it to a private YouTube account if that is EVEN possible. 
BOTTOM LINE, AN EXCEPTIONAL 1967 SMAS 2653 MONO PEPPERS SPECIMEN THAT WOULD BE DIFFICULT TO UPGRADE FOR AN UNSEALED GATEFOLD AND VINYL RECORD FOR THE VAST MAJORITY OF SPECIMES WITH ALL THE TYPICAL FEATURES OF A 1967 FIRST PRESSING MONO MAS 2563 BEATLES SPLHCB GATEFOLD AND DISC.
NOW THE FORMALITIES: SHIPS VIA USPS MEDIA MAIL FULLY INSURED AND WILL SHIP IN A LARGER TYPE BOX AT MY DESCRETION TO ENSURE THE SAFEST AND SECRUE SHIPPING. WILL BE PACKAGED IN A THICK TOP LOADER AND SEALED VERY WELL and PACKED TO SURVIVE A HURRICANE.
