Description
This is the 1979 first pressing and sealed album of former Beatle, George Harrison entitled, "George Harrison". This original first pressing album is on Dark Horse Records DKH-3255. Beautiful example with NO cutouts, as gorgeous as they come and looks like it just came from the factory after being sealed! Overall in a very solid NM condition!
99.9% of the time if you find this album still sealed it will have saw marks, cut outs, punch holes, corners clipped or a clean promo hole in the corner. This is the exception! I can't state how rare it is to find this sealed gem just as it looked when it left the factory in 1979 - matter of fact it took me over 10 years to find this one, and it has been in my personal collection since then. It really is that rare to find.
Overall, this LP is in a completely solid NM condition and still sealed. The spine, seams and mouth are wonderful and with no shrink splits or tears! Shrink wrap is tight all the way around the LP and even the breathe holes couldn't be lined up any better. There are two horizontal breathe holes on both the front and back covers. Four very nice corners (only the top right has a tiny, almost microscopic, push at the very tip). I take my photos in natural light and on angles to show the true texture, different views and presentation of the entire album so there is NO mystery.
This is the sealed copy that true collectors of George Harrison, The Beatles or sealed vinyl seek! It will be your FINAL UPGRADE. This is priced accordingly, with all tangibles and the rarity of finding this sealed beauty in this Top condition. I will not simply give this one away dirt cheap. Again, this LP is rare to find and now 39 years old. This comes from my own personal collection and a great sealed classic!
I have described this total LP as accurately as possible and it will be a fantastic addition to any collector's records. I'm quite strict about my grading.
