THE BEATLES, ISSUED IN RUSSIA. Well, actually, in the USSR. What an incredible artifact of the end of the 20th century. This is a three song EP of the Beatles singing "Let It Be" on one side and "Across the Universe" and "I, Me, Mine" - sung in English - taken from the LET IT BE album. This 7", 33 rpm, small hole record was issued in 1980 (though no date is on label) by the Melodiya Record company. It is in a Melodiya company sleeve. Seeing as ALL printing on the labels is in Russian, previous owner has written Let It Be in light pencil on the LIB label. The flip side has the two other titles written in light pencil on the record sleeve, NOT on the record label. The record is in NM- condition (other than the pencil on label and minor label wear) and plays beautifully. (Melodiya records can sometimes have a little hiss and surface noise). The Melodiya sleeve is VG with the pencil writing, a small tear near the hole die cut and a blemish where a price sticker appears to have been pulled off. It is a USSR issue as CCCP (USSR) can be seen in label print. 
This is a gem and a real find.  NOT A BOOTLEG OR PIRATE!   I am liquidating my Beatles' collection due to medical issues - so you won't find this at a better price! Buy it Now! It's Fab!!
