Description
This is the original first pressing (XEX 606-1) BEATLES MONO UK LP "REVOLVER" published in 1966 with the yellow and black label.
This first pressing famously contains the long (original) version of "Tomorrow Never Knows" and is not available on any other recorded media.
This copy features first day stamps 2H 2H.

VINYL EX. This vinyl looks pretty much like new - beautiful original mirror like playing surfaces which look MINT in normal daylight and under halogen light look very nearly mint - the runouts look mint also and under halogen light there is just a couple of ultra light hairlines (on the runouts). The audio is pretty much MINT - silent intros/between tracks - no pops or clicks and of course no track wear/distortion. THE ULTIMATE NEARLY MINT COPY - FANTASTIC FIRST PRESSING. Matrix numbers:- XEX605-2 , XEX606-1. 2 H 2 H. VERY EARLY FIRST DAY STAMPS.
LABELS EX. Barely played - see photos.
SLEEVE EX. Rare E J DAY. A couple of minor creases on the front - clean and solid - Polysleeve is also included.
INNER SLEEVE EX. Original with "Patents Applied For" and "Made In Gt Britain". Very clean with light age browning - no splits or tears.
[My gradings are based on the "RECORD COLLECTOR'S" grading system. The following text is from the "RECORD COLLECTOR" price guide:-
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, with out any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.]
