[PARLOPHONE, PMC 1202, UK MONO]
ULTRA RARE massively in-demand early black/gold labelled original UK mono release of the debut LP by The Beatles. I have included parts from all tracks on the LP in the soundclip recorded directly from the LP up for grabs without any sound altering. Have a listen below! Has got the original Ernest J. Day printed flipback sleeve with laminated front. Angus McBean photo credit in the lower right corner on the front. Early original "patents applied for" Emitex inner sleeve. MT "tax code" on the a-side label. Both Dick James and Northern Songs publishing credits on the labels.
A-side matrix: XEX 421-1N 2/GL
B-side matrix: XEX 422-1N 12/GM
Sleeve condition: VG (looks nice and the writing on the spine is clearly visible. Has however got a 13cm bottom seam split, slightly worn corners and edges as well as a minor bend in the upper right corner and some tiny brown stains on the back)
Inner sleeve condition: VG- (minor tears along the centre-hole. 13cm bottom, 9cm right and 16cm left side seam splits)
Vinyl condition: VG- (a-side) / VG+ (b-side) (both sides have some very light scratches and scuffs but it overall plays very nice with a clear and bright sound and minimal noise or clicks, BUT please note that the a-side has also got a slightly deeper scratch that stretches over the last two tracks on the a-side resulting in recurring clicks and a skip 30 seconds into the last track on the a-side, listen to the soundclips below!)
