This is the ORIGINAL MONO UK 1st pressing from 1963 and is EXTREMELY rare indeed!!!! This is the ORIGINAL UK Black & Gold 1st pressing on the 1st Press Black & Gold Parlophone label (with the 1st Press 'Dick James' Credits), 'The Parlophone Company' edge text, NO 'Sold In The UK' text, NO 'First Published' text, LARGE Mono on the cover front, E.J.Day Flipback Laminated Cover, and 1st Press Polythene lined Emitex inner!!!! The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The matrix numbers are XEX 421-1N & XEX 422-1N. The stamper codes are 2/GD & 1/H. The Cat. No is PMC 1202 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Black & Gold Parlophone label (see picture) and is a MONO 1st pressing!!!! All the tracks are Pure quality Beatles at their best!!!! Any fan of The Beatles, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!

The record labels are in BRILLIANT condition (see pictures) with NO writing, VERY sharp UNFADED Gold Print, only some VERY light wear (NOT affecting the colour OR the text), and the labels are still VERY black looking indeed!!!! VERY nice labels indeed!!!! The vinyl isnt in perfect condition - but it certainly plays well with NO jumps and is still a presentable copy - especially with the nice looking labels!!!!  The vinyl has 2 or 3 small marks, a few hairlines, a few light scufflines, and some VERY light scuffing only visible under light!!!!  It is also great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual with a few clicks/pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, some slight crackle on the run on grooves, gaps, etc (barely ANY in the actual music), and some slight background sound on the gaps, and run on grooves - NOT in the music!!!!  The record must grade Good(Minus)!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press POLYTHENE lined Emitex inner sleeve!!!! The E.J.Day FLIPBACK Cover is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only slight corner wear (NOT through the colour), only a VERY few light creases (cover is VERY flat looking) and NO writing!!!! The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated back of the cover is in BRILLIANT condition with NO writing, barely ANY grubbyness AT ALL, only some INCREDIBLY minor VERY faint brown age traces towards the bottom of the cover back, and only VERY slight yellowing!!!!  The cover must grade Very Good++++ if not better!!!!  THIS IS AN EXTREMELY RARE VERY EARLY 'GROOVED' 1ST PRESSING OF THIS LEGENDARY LP AND IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  THIS IS ALSO A GREAT CHANCE FOR SOMEONE TO OWN THIS INCREDIBLY RARE LP AT A CHEAPER PRICE THAN THE HUGE PRICE REQUIRED FOR A MINT COPY!!!!  IT IS STILL PRESENTABLE, HAS GREAT LABELS, AND PLAYS WELL - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
