                                         THE SLEEVE

THE FRONT OF THE SLEEVE IS GRADED AS EXCELLENT+ CONDITION

BACK OF THE SLEEVE IS ALSO EXCELLENT + CONDITION

THE FRONT PANEL OF THE COVER IS CREASE FREE WITH A LOVELY MIRROR SHINE TO THE LAMINATE (no dulling, scratches or indentation marks)

THE COLOURS TO THE FRONT PICTURE REMAIN BRIGHT AND UNFADED

All four corners of the cover remain square.. with just very minor rubbing and a bit of balding to the very top right hand corner (very minor and hardly noticeable, but I want to be as accurate as possible in grading

The wording on the spine is perfectly readable with no wear or fading to the letters.

Seams to the Top , bottom and spine of the cover remain smooth with no cracking or splits.

The rear of the sleeve is clean and white with NO stains, Brown ageing or handwriting...All three flipbacks are firmly stuck down and the black text is bold and clear with no fading.

The only flaw is a very minor crack on flip back bottom left looks like its come unstuck at one time,  then been neatly stuck back down.

Again very, very minor flaw and hardly noticeable in fact looks like a really light little crease on the flip back.

I never noticed it when first purchased , until I was scrutinising today to list for sale....That's how minor it is.

                                             THE VINYL

The thick heavyweight vinyl is also like the sleeve and is in nice condition...For the past 47 years it's been well cared for by it's previous owner and as received very minimal and careful plays.

Both sides of the vinyl are visually graded as excellent condition...

...A real beauty and worthy of any record collection.

Both sides have that just pressed look about them with a beautiful rainbow shine to both sides.

There is no greying or dullness to the grooves.. (strict grading and graded under very strong bright light )

The sound quality is of great clarity with a crisp rich deep mono sound...Typical of these 1st GOLD and BLACK pressings

Sounds alot better than it's stereo counterpart and please please me in mono is exactly how the beatles themselves intended for it to be released and heard.

It plays free from any distortion... with NO SKIPS,NO CLICKS,NO JUMPS.... The AUDIO is loud and clear with no bad crackling or lessening in sound quality.

Both labels are clean and the sparkling gold text remains clear and unfaded.

LABEL SIDE ONE:  excellent  condition (no rips, scuffs, handwriting or sticker residue

LABEL SIDE TWO: excellent condition (no rips, scuffs, handwriting or sticker residue

The main part of the labels are smooth in texture... and in the small circular impression around the spindle hole it as a rough feel and textured look to the paper.

Also on side two label there is a large circular impression similar to that of a decca pressing (although this is not a decca pressing it's definitely parlophone pressed).

I'm just pointing this out as there is slight variations with the labels on the gold and black mono's as some have a hole smooth texture to the paper on the labels.

EMITEX INNER SLEEVE IS IN VERY GOOD + CONDITION... FREE FROM RIPS AND TEARS....I can upgrade this but this is the exact inner that it was originally first issued with and as remained unchanged and hasn't been swapped or upgraded...Up to winning bidder if you would like a better emitex inner.

NOT A RARE L.P AS SOME SELLERS STATE ...THERE IS LOADS ABOUT.

BUT I WOULD SAY 90 % OF THEM ARE IN BATTERED CONDITION .

THE RARITY IS TRYING TO  FIND A GOLD AND BLACK IN NICE CONDITION, LIKE THIS ONE....THAT IS THE RARITY.

Great investment piece so don't miss out!!Getting harder and harder with each passing year to locate in decent shape and the current trend seems to be that nice copies are being bought up by collectors then disappearing into there collections and staying put.

I have Loads and loads of collectable records in nice condition and I will be listing them soon, Just please bare with me.  I'm very lazy and don't like typing and uploading pictures, it does my head in to be honest...I'd much rather do it the old fashioned way and sell face to face like in a shop or at a fair, but unfortunately those days have gone and the internet is now the main source for selling.

STRICT GRADING, I GRADE WITH THE U.K RECORD COLLECTORS GRADING SYSTEM AND OFFER MONEY BACK GUARANTEE IF NOT SATISFIED

MINT - EXCELLENT - VERY GOOD - GOOD - FAIR - BAD

NO RESERVE!!!!! FREE SHIPPING WITH TRACKING FOR ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD!!

All records are packed professionally with good strong packaging to ensure there safety. I want them to reach you in the same condition as they left me.  I always seperate the vinyl record from the L.P cover, so it does'nt damage the sleeve during transit.  I also place the vinyl in a new modern polyline inner sleeve.
