Description
This is the original UK LP by the BEALTES, SGT. PEPPER'S LONELY HEARTS CLUB BAND, 1967 1st Press MONO, on the black and yellow PARLOPHONE label PMC 7027, with "GRAMOPHONE CO.LTD" label rim credits, and "SOLD IN THE UK" label credits. Matrix numbers are, side 1:- XEX 637-1, side 2;- XEX 638-1, EMI stamping codes are, side 1:- 1/G0, side 2:- 3/R the album comes complete with the original red, pink and white inner sleeve and 12" by 12" SGT.PEPPER cut-out.
The original UK1967 Mono 1st issue fully laminated Garrod and Lofthouse gatefold cover, with top flipbacks on the inside is in a stunning EX+++, lovely and clean, insdie and out, the cover maintains all it's bright vibrant colours, their is no unwanted writing, and no seam splits, the spine is fully intact and perfectly readable, a STUNNING cover!.
The vinyl is in VG+++ condition, their are some light marks, the audio grading is EX++, playing with superb crisp clarity, with only a little light crackle, mainly to be heard inbetween tracks, and in some of the quiet sections, a great playing vinyl.
The label's are in EX condition, lovely and clean and crisp, with no unwanted writing, and no scuffs, the spindal hole has minimal wear, KT tax code is embossed in the centre of side 2's label.
The vinyl is housed in it's original red, pink and white inner sleeve and in VG+ condition, the bottom has been selotaped and their are a few light scuffs, the inner sleeve maintains it's original bright vibrant colour, their is no unwanted writing, and no seam splits, other than the repaired bottom of the inner sleeve.
The original UK 12" by 12" SGT.PEPPER cut-out is in MINT- condition, lovely and clean and crisp, with no unwanted writing and no rips or tears.
Altogether a respectable copy of this original UK 1967 1st Press MONO LP by the BEALTES, SGT.PEPPER'S LONELY HEARTS CLUB BAND.
