Description
This is a 1964 U.S. CAPITOL RECORDS MONO PROMO COPY OF THE 1964 LP titled 'Beatles '65' from The Beatles. It is Capitol Records U.S. catalog number T 2228, with the promo punch out at the top right corner of the cover and the inner sleeve, black labels with rainbow borders, with its original stock Capitol Records 'Music - Every Way You Like It' inner sleeve.
Black rainbow label without "subsidiary" rim text.
The caption ''File Under'' is in black and in the top border.
The rear sleeve has a '3' printed to the left of the RIAA logo at the bottom right corner of the back cover.

Condition of record is a high VG with all original gloss and one very tiny surface scratch which can barely be felt, necessitating the VG grading, and with a few light visible surface marks which cannot be felt and will not affect play. Condition of cover is a low VG+ with the 1/4" beginning of a split at the right side of the bottom edge, some ring and contact wear, some light brown age discoloration along the white border of the front cover and along the edges of the back cover, and with some wear and flaking along the edges and on the corners with one small areas along the bottom edge where the top layer of paper is worn away. Cover has no water damage, tears, writing, or stickers. 'Every Way You Like It' inner sleeve has some age discoloration and some wear along the edges. This mono promo LP would be a nice addition to any Beatles or rock-n-roll record collection! Media mail postage within the U.S. is $4.00.
