CONDITION VINYL: Excellent, this has one tiny small & light surface mark on Side 2, but this is not audible

CONDITION BOX & SLEEVE: Sleeve is Excellent with Red Apple logo to rear sleeve
With 160-page deluxe Get Back Book in superb condition: no spine creasing at all & all pages are tight, the soft cover is really Excellent to the front and at the back the cover has a 10mm tear to the top of the card. The pages are all lovely & clean without fingering, stains, writing etc. also the pages edges look like new. With lots of text and hundreds of colour photos printed on high quality glossy paper.
The book is placed in a custom die-cut and recessed cardboard Tray which holds the LP on top, this is very good generally but does have the damage at the vertical points as is usually seen with this tray, not damaged in any other way
All of this is encased in an outer slipsleeve/Box, this is Excellent with a couple of laminate marks/creases to right front edge and just the most minor general wear, no splits or tears at all
