This is for the 33 1/3 rpm Monophonic LP from Capitol Records, Inc. USA.  The number on the jacket is T 2553.  In the lower right corner there is a RIAA symbol with the number 6.

(Notice overlap of slick cover over original "file under:beatles " and label number upper right corner)
