Description
This is a rare and unusual Beatles record, the title is ’ Let It Be ’ .
This record was released twice in 1970. The first one on the 8th of May in a special box set and the second one 6 months later in November but without the box.
This is the box set version from the first released serious which contains all the accessories: laminated outer box with pictures / outer tray / record / book holder / book /.
There is a ’ Factory Sample ’ sticker on the label of the first side.
There is an Apple records sticker on the back of the outer box
and the title of the record, name of the band and the release date typed on it.
Condition of the outer box:
The fully laminated box is in nice condition. Only slight wear on both sides (on the spine the laminate foil is missing on a small part, a number of small scratches and some bubble can be seen) but nothing major.
The look I would say between Very Good +(+) and Very Good ++.
Condition of the outer tray:
This is in nice condition as well, like the outer box. No hard wearing (no tear) only some on the corners and the edge of the paper.
I would say is Vey Good + (+).
Condition of the book holder:
This is in nice condition as well. No tear or sticking. Wear only can be seen on the corners and the edge of the paper
I would say is Vey Good ++.
Condition of the ’ Get Back ’ book:
Complet. Some of the pages are separated but none of them missing. There are only light marks on both sides of the book.
The outer is in Very Good + condition but the rest is even nicer and I would say is between Excellent and Mint.
Condition of the record:
Dark green Apple label. Both sides have a number of marks all over but no serious scratches. Some background noise can be heard during breaks and quite parts but the needle doesn't jump and no skips.
The look I would say is Very Good - but the sound quality is much better between Excellent and Mint.
Condition of the sleeve:
Fully laminated with a red Apple logo on the back. No hard wearing. No sticker or writing on it.
I would say Very Good (+).
Condition of the inner sleeve:
I would say Very Good +(+). Patent Nos. 1,125,555 Made In Great Britain.
