I have researched details about this single and the text below matches exactly the copy of the single that I have for sale.

"A copy of Help! /  I’m Down, by The Beatles, released in 1965 on Parlophone, cat no R 5305. This is a rare copy with a solid centre, rather than the more common push out centre. Information on these rare variations is vague, but it’s assumed that they were pressed sometime around 1967-68, although curiously this single has original 1965 labels featuring an unusual “chubby” typeface, and “Parlophone Co Ltd” rim text. Highly obscure and very collectible, as not many people were buying 1965 Beatles singles in 1968.."

I would describe the condition as excellent, the vinyl has no marks that I can see. The sleeve appears to be the original Parlophone EMI sleeve which interestingly advertises The Beatles later album Srgt Pepper on the back.
