Description
Welcome to my Auction You are bidding on a pair of Beatles reel to reel tapes.
A Hard Days Night - TA-PMC 1230 mono
Revolver - TA-PMC 7009 mono
Both are prerecorded on 3 1/4 IPS, twin track mono tape. They are the first issue 60's recordings and are packaged in their original cardboard boxes.
The boxes are a little grubby on the outside and their are 3 hairline tears on the side of the 'HDN' box lid, but these do not noticeably affect the cardboard's rigidity. The tapes and the inside of the boxes are immaculate.
Please note that I do not have access to a reel to reel machine on which to play these tapes, but everything looks to be in order. I have started the auction at what I consider to be a low price because of my inability to play grade them. See my pictures.
--------------------------------------- Neither I, nor my partner in this venture (a retired second-hand record shop owner) make a living from selling records or the occasional collectible. A lot of what we do sell is either his old stock, which has lain unplayed and unhandled in his loft since his retirement (over 10 years ago), or collectibles that he has acquired over the years. Though we do not actively seek out new sources of vinyl, my partner's contacts within the trade do occasionally throw up the odd item of interest. Between us, we have years of collecting experience, although most of this experience must be attributed to him.

I will accept both cheques and Paypal from UK bidders.
Postage and packing
Please note that where possible, I reuse packaging in order to keep postal costs down. However, I will only recycle packaging if I deem it fit for purpose. Please be assured that all items are well wrapped.
