Meanwhile 45 (!) years old, and still in a stunning quality! Solid German vinyl that is virtually looking unplayed, hence comes in a straight MINT condition plus its near mint cover! Like taken from the record store's shelf last week, yet no time to give it a listen...
Up for offer here the German third press of Beatles Greatest on clean Blue Odeon.
Considering its condition, this 1969 Release is a highly collectible record, hard to find in such an allover great quality. A "must-have" if still missing on your shelf.
On offer is Label Variation A, to determine by the X-ed out YBEX... prefixing, which suggests that this pressing was initially intended to being published on foreign markets.
Beatles Greatest is a German, non-unique compilation, also published in the Netherlands (Budget and Golden Vinyl Edition), Israel, Sweden, Denmark, and Japan (all Odeon OMHS 3001).
This offer is part of our new beabay BLUE ODEON Series, a compilation of collectibles that more or less come in a NEAR MINT to LOOKING UNPLAYED vinyl condition. Audible checks are performed with a Pro-Ject Audio system connected to a DENON PMA 520-AE amplifier, with a Sennheiser 350 headset. Remarks As for the Cover and related issues, please refer to pictures provided right after. Spine is in a 100 percent perfect condition.
The fully laminated cover is completely glossy, made of strong cardboard. No signs of ring wear, no writings, spots. Edges have slight wear.
Verdict front/back NM-/NM.
Both labels are absolutely clean. No writings, stains, tears, or spots. No spindle hole damages, nothing. MINT.
Vinyl is shiny, both sides. Absolutely no issues, both sides look UNPLAYED.
Due to the vinyl's stunning condition, this record has not been graded audible.

German BLUE ODEON at a Glance
Original German Blue Odeon was used for Beatles records between 1966 and 1973, and again in 1975. Originals mostly came with an "1C 062..." catalog number, but also as "SHZE", in particular when a record was published thru (Odeon's) HoerZu/Electrola distribution system.
("072..." is, in general, Apple-related already and subject to later publications End 70s/80s, except for a very rare Apple "062" release of Revolver as well as the first press of Abbey Road, both on Apple).
Not only in Germany, German Blue Odeon vinyl is considered highest quality, top-audio with virtually no nuance of the sound getting lost. All releases are STEREO mixes. In the list below you find a representative listing of all titles published under Blue Odeon, all in all 13, both original releases as well as compilations.

1st Class Packaging
We are Collectors, hence every record is stored (and will be sent) in a sophisticated way. Many experienced collectors were thrilled by our unique, bullet-proof "packing technicque". Original cover, inner sleeve(s), prospective inserts, and/or whatever may come across, are stored separately. The vinyl sits in a neutral antistatic, padded inner sleeve, which is housed in a stable, neutral cardboard cover. Package is protected by one (or more) transparent plastic sleeves. Finally, all items are being wrapped with thick bubble foil and go to a professional record mailer, which is then being properly sealed with water-resistant tape.
