The Sleeve.  Laminated flip down sleeve has slight ringware  on front and back covers, and very compression on spine.  All text is readable. Very slight wear on opening edge.  EX

The Disc.  Labels are very clean but there is some spindle wear, there are a few minor clicks and crackles on both sides.
